Program Structure & Curriculum
The program runs on a six-month schedule. The program curriculum consists of multiple modules covered during a weekly class.
The weekly class is a two-hour session that helps support your growth through workshops, discussions, and case studies.
The program modules include:
- SVN’s Systems for Growth: Learn the tools and processes needed to succeed in the industry.
- Asset Classes: Explore the different types of commercial properties, including office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and multifamily.
- Center of Influence Basics: Begin to build your network and learn how to leverage those key relationships.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities
The JAC program offers a weekly stipend of $250, based on your completion of required activities. Additional financial considerations include:
- Independent Contractor Status: As a JAC participant, you’ll work as a 1099 contractor. Holding this status provides flexibility but also requires you to manage your own taxes. We recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance.
- Commission Opportunities: After obtaining your real estate license, you can partner with a non-JAC advisor and earn up to 50% commission on finalized deals. This can help you significantly boost your income while still gaining necessary experience.
- Licenses & Dues: With this program, your initial real estate licenses and professional dues are not included, so you’ll be responsible for covering those up-front costs to help prepare you for a career in commercial real estate.
