Before joining the SVN Wood Properties team, McKenzie enjoyed a short stint playing professional volleyball in Europe. Prior to that, she competed for four years at the Division 1 level while earning a Master’s degree in Administration. This background instilled in her the values of teamwork, discipline, and tenacity—qualities that seamlessly translate to the world of commercial real estate.
McKenzie moved to Maryville two years ago and quickly fell in love with its charm. She has focused her commercial real estate career in her new hometown and the surrounding areas of Blount County. With Maryville being a neighbor to Knoxville and the gateway to the Smokies—the most visited National Park in America—it is uniquely poised for growth. McKenzie is dedicated to helping the area harness its true potential while preserving its quaintness and beauty.
Outside of her professional endeavors, McKenzie finds joy in coaching volleyball at Maryville College, a local Division 3 school, and spending time with her dog, Ace. She also works closely with United Way of Blount County and participates in their Champion Program each year, finding it a wonderful way to volunteer in the community while getting to know the nonprofits and industries that make the community thrive.
