Ruthie joined SVN | Wood Properties in June 2024 as the Commercial Property Assistant. Prior to joining the SVN team, she worked as an Executive Assistant for a local investment group in Knoxville, TN. She is a proud graduate of The University of Tennessee, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In 2022, Ruthie completed her Master of Arts in Leadership and Ethics from Johnson University.

Originally from Memphis, TN, Ruthie has embraced Knoxville as her home. She gained valuable experience in property management and real estate while working as an Executive Assistant and is now eager to dive into the commercial real estate world.
