Janet has a passion for helping others, building strong teams, and keeping organizations running smoothly. She joined SVN | Wood Properties in 2017 as the Office Manager and has grown with the firm, now serving as Director of People & Operations. In this role, Janet focuses on supporting the company’s culture, developing its people, and strengthening the operational foundation of the business. She brings years of experience in business and volunteer leadership that reflect her drive, organizational skills, and heart for service.

Janet currently serves on the Farragut High School PTSO. She has served in volunteer leadership roles with A.L. Lotts Elementary School, West Valley Middle School, Farragut Middle School, and the Nativity Pageant of Knoxville Board of Directors. She and her husband, Jarett, are the proud parents of two daughters and are active members of Fellowship Church.
