Hunter joined SVN | Wood Properties in April 2025 as an Office Intern, where he quickly developed a strong interest in commercial real estate, particularly within the Knoxville community where he was raised. His early experiences there solidified his passion for the industry. This led him to join the Junior Associate Course at SVN | Wood Properties to further develop his skill set. He has since graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship and completed the 4th Junior Associate Course at SVN | Wood Properties.

Hunter is passionate about building meaningful relationships with owners, developers, investors, and entrepreneurs, and helping clients achieve their real estate and business objectives.

Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys following Tennessee Athletics, spending time on the lake, listening to music, and trying new restaurants around Knoxville.
