Eric has over 20 years of maintenance experience. Eric started at SVN Wood Properties in 2013 and takes care of the preventative maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships and any other maintenance needs on our commercial real estate portfolio.

He and his wife live in Seymour, TN and have three boys and one girl. In his free time he enjoys hiking, camping, and just about any outdoor sport you could imagine.
