As the Chief Operating Officer at SVN | Wood Properties, Drew has the privilege of steering a dynamic team of real estate professionals. His journey in the corporate world began in the insurance and financial planning industry, where he spent over a decade mastering the art of business and client relations. Half of this time was dedicated to owning and operating his own agency, and the other half to consulting and coaching a network of fifty agency owners. The cornerstone of Drew’s career has been a steadfast focus on two critical elements: people and processes. He firmly believes that finding exceptional individuals and equipping them with the right tools paves the way for collective success.
In 2023, Drew transitioned into the world of real estate, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership and strategic planning. His role at SVN | Wood Properties not only involves operational oversight but also a commitment to nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
Away from the office, Drew’s world revolves around family – his wife, Grace, and son, Beau. He and Grace share a passion for exploring the globe, and he personally finds solace in the pages of compelling nonfiction, the thrill of piloting planes, and the serene challenge of golf. He is also deeply committed to giving back to the community, a value that resonates strongly in both his personal and professional life.
