Cohl grew up in a small, rural town and saw firsthand how real estate sales and development can have a positive impact on a community. While a student at the University of Tennessee, Cohl interned with SVN | Wood Properties. Upon graduation, he joined the company as an advisor. Cohl developed a passion for multifamily investment properties early in his career. He now specializes in multifamily investment properties alongside his colleagues and teammates, Kevin Tipton and Jon Roosen. Cohl loves people and solving problems, and he wants to help communities thrive through real estate sales and development.
