Campbell Hubbard supports the Property Management team at SVN | Wood Properties by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and internal team members. Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, and people-first mindset, she helps create the structure that allows teams to succeed.

Before joining SVN in 2025, Campbell earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, gaining hands-on experience in client service, communications, and operations through internships with small businesses and community-focused organizations.

A Tennessee native, Campbell is passionate about creating structure behind the scenes so teams can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, crafting up new projects, and exploring new favorite spots around Knoxville!
