Campbell Hubbard serves as Assistant Property Manager at SVN | Wood Properties, supporting the daily operations of the company’s commercial property portfolio. From tenant relations and vendor coordination to maintenance oversight, Campbell brings a people-first mindset and a genuine commitment to excellence to everything she does. In just one year with SVN, she earned a promotion to Assistant Property Manager, a reflection of the grit, trustworthiness, and servant-hearted approach she brings to her work every day.

Before joining SVN in 2025, Campbell earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, gaining hands-on experience in client service, communications, and operations through internships with small businesses and community-focused organizations.

A Tennessee native, Campbell is passionate about creating structure behind the scenes so teams can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, crafting up new projects, and exploring new favorite spots around Knoxville!
