Bobby has spent most of his career working in maintenance and started with SVN | Wood Properties in 2006.

Bobby has his HVAC certification and has attended courses for the Homebuilders Association. He takes care of the preventative maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships and any other maintenance needs in our commercial real estate portfolio.

Bobby and his wife have 7 kids, 6 grandchildren, and live in Maryville, TN. He loves to build and race dirt track cars, go fishing and spend time with his family.
