Sam was raised in Franklin, Tennessee, just a couple of hours away from his new home in Knoxville, Tennessee. Before moving to Knoxville, Sam spent four years in Blacksburg, Virginia completing his bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Virginia Tech. He started his commercial real estate career as an intern at SVN | Wood Properties in August of 2023 and is currently in the process of obtaining his real estate license. Sam is also a member of the Knoxville Fellows program, which aims to create the next generation of servant-leaders to seek the peace of Knoxville.
