Before joining the SVN Wood Properties team, McKenzie enjoyed a short stint playing professional volleyball in Europe. Prior, she competed for four years at the Division 1 level while gaining a Master’s degree in Administration. This background instilled in her the values of teamwork, discipline, and tenacity – qualities that will seamlessly translate to the world of commercial real estate. 

A new resident to Maryville, McKenzie has immediately fallen in love with its charm. She plans to focus her commercial real estate career on her new hometown and the surrounding areas of Blount County. Being a neighbor to Knoxville and the gateway to the Smokies, the most visited National Park in America, it is uniquely poised for growth. McKenzie wants to help it harness its true potential while still preserving its quaintness and beauty. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, McKenzie finds joy in coaching volleyball at Maryville College and a local club, blending her passion for sport with her commitment to community engagement. Additionally, she actively contributes as a member of the Chamber and Maryville Downtown Alliance, where she collaborates with like-minded individuals to support local businesses and initiatives aimed at enhancing the area’s vitality and appeal.
