Ryan Morgan is an analyst for the Multifamily Advisory
Partners at SVN | Wood Properties. Ryan is an East Tennessee
native and alumni from the University of Tennessee where he
majored in Finance. Ryan serves the Multifamily Team in
various ways by conducting analyses and research for
multifamily transactions. Ryan is passionate about insuring
that the Multifamily Team’s clients achieve their investment
goals. Ryan is a fan of all sports and an avid Tennessee Vols
fan. When not in the office, Ryan often spends his time
outdoors, watching sports, and playing golf.
